Air Quality Report

TCEQ Rider 7 Grant

The East Texas Council of Governments received a TCEQ Rider 7 Grant which allowed it to understand and improve ozone precursor emission inventories and conduct ambient monitoring for the Tyler, Longview, and Marshall (TLM) area.

The five-county TLM area, location of CAMS monitors in Smith County, Gregg County, and Harrison County, urban areas, and major roadways in the surrounding region.
